MyCottageWatch is a cottage and home monitoring service provided to those who have cottages or properties located on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada. MyCottageWatch believes in providing affordable and efficient cottage and home monitoring services to its customers so that you feel safe and secure knowing someone is watching your cottage while you are away. We can check your property on a daily, weekly or monthly basis or on any schedule you choose. After each property check, you will receive a customized report via your chosen method of contact—email, phone, or fax. These reports can then be used to provide proof to your insurance company that your house or cottage is protected.

In addition to providing regularly scheduled cottage checks, MyCottageWatch can also provide "Storm Checks" before and/or after any major storm. MyCottageWatch monitors the weather in the area and, if requested, will check your home if a storm has touched down nearby.

In addition to cottage watch services, we also offer boat watch services through MyBoatWatch. Like MyCottageWatch, MyBoatWatch provides the same base pricing structure. (CAN $15 per visit, plus CAN $0.12 (twelve cents) per kilometer) We will make regular visits to your boat and make sure that the boat has not been damaged or vandalized and will also perform a perimeter check to make sure all ropes are fastened, fenders are out, sails are tied down, bilge pump is working or whatever you request.
