Many insurance companies will not allow you to purchase cottage or home insurance unless you assure them in writing that the cottage will not be left empty for any more than, in some cases, three days! A report is sent to you via your chosen method of contact after each visit to your cottage. Depending on your needs or the needs of your insurance company, you could receive a regular detailed report daily, weekly or monthly. The report includes any important information that you may need to know about your property including what was checked, changes in the neighborhood, and damage if any. (Of course, if we do discover damage, a break-in or any serious problems, you will be contacted and immediate steps will be taken to rectify the problem.

MyBoatWatch provides regularly-scheduled boat security checks for boat owners on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada. We service Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Wilson Creek, Davis Bay, Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay, Secret Cove, Pender Harbour, Madeira Park, Egmont and all places in between. If you do not live in the area, but store your boat here, either at your cottage or at one of the many marinas on the Sunshine Coast, peace of mind can be yours! Our employees have knowledge of the various boat models and know what to check for.
